- We accept all major credit cards, checks, money orders and PayPal as payment methods. The charge on your card will appear as "Munson LL".
- Orders shipped to an address other than the billing address will require you to contact your credit card company and authorize an alternate shipping address. We will need a phone number and contact person at your credit card company to verify the alternate shipping address.
- We also accept purchase orders from government agencies and fortune 1000 companies. Purchase orders must be faxed to xxx-xxx-xxxx.
- Invoice and shipping status will be emailed to you.
Shipping
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed before your order is placed.
- We only ship within the continental U.S. (48 states) via UPS Ground or Truck Freight.
Return Policy
- You must e-mail us for instructions and an RMA# before returning any item. Please

- Products must be returned within twenty-one (21) days from the date of receipt. Please return the products in their original packaging.
- Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, we do not pay for return shipping.
